According to the memorandum of understanding between SOS Children's Villages Syria and DHL, a group of the company’s professional trainers conducted a seven-day training course for the fourth consecutive year. The training targeted 12 boys and girls in the semi-independent stage.
The training covered topics related to decision-making, keys to success, quality management, human resources, accounting, as well as resume writing techniques and topics related to vocational/hospitality training. This initiative aims to achieve common goals between the parties, including empowering youth, enhancing their employability and learning opportunities, and enriching their experience through vocational training which support them in entering the job market.
