SOS Children’s Villages Syria Annual plan Meeting

November 11 2024 - SOS Children’s Villages Syria held its annual meeting to discuss the 2025 annual plan, with the attendance of the management, department managers and service managers. Each department proposed their work plan separately, and details were discussed elaborately, as the spirit of cooperation, understanding and sharing was present. The SOS common goal as always was the development of SOS Syria’s work and raise its level that meets SOS aspirations and the big needs of our beloved country.

Emergency Response: Supporting Displaced Families in Herjalleh

October 17 2024 - In the continued effort of SOS Syria’s Emergency Response in collaboration with Souria Btjmana, SOS distributed more than 200 household electric laser cookers to the displaced Syrians and Lebanese coming from Lebanon and taking shelter in Herjalleh Area in the aim of facilitating cooking and helping mitigate the difficult situation of the displaced, as we stand by each other’s side to overcome this hardship.

Emergency Relief: Providing Urgent Support to Displaced Families at the Syrian-Lebanese Border

October 9 2024 - Due to the extraordinary and sad events happening in the region, SOS Children’s Villages Syria launched an Emergency Response initiative that began with quick distribution missions to meet the urgent needs of water and dates to the displaced Syrians and Lebanese coming from Lebanon and entering the Syrian borders in Al-Masnaa Area. The initiative is in collaboration with Souria Btjmana Foundation, to whom we are thankful for their continuous support.
