In an effort to educate and raise awareness among youth, SOS Children's Villages organized a comprehensive training session on the risks of drug abuse, featuring famous actor, Mahmoud Naser.
The training aimed to enhance awareness and maturity in dealing with critical and life-changing issues. The session was conducted by Hossam Azar from Drug Control Department. The training covered common misconceptions, success and failure stories of former drug users, and rehabilitated individuals. It also addressed medical, psychological, and legal consequences. Artist Mahmoud Nasr, the goodwill ambassador for the association, enriched the session with real-life stories that enhanced their understanding and bolstered the mental resilience of young people. Moreover, all their questions were comprehensively addressed during the training, enriching their mental maturity and resilience.
