SOS Children's Villages Syria renewed its partnership with DHL as part of their joint commitment to empower the association’s young people and improve their employment opportunities. Such support is offered through training courses that DHL provides.
Courses cover topics relevant to the job market such as decision-making training, keys to success, and enhancing youth skills in crafting resumes for job application. This year, 12 boys and girls from the semi-independent stage were trained for 8 days in August 2023. The training included various topics such as quality management, decision-making, keys to success, human resources, and accounting. The organization is proud of the active participation of its boys and girls who have demonstrated high level of awareness and experience during these training sessions.
