Health support

Due to the Syrian war, and despite all relief efforts, millions of Syrians are in urgent need of medical support. According to the Humanitarian Sector’s report, 60% of the Syrian population need health assistance. However, more than half of the public utilities are either partly or totally out of service. As to mitigate the crisis’ severely harmful impact on children’s health condition, SOS Children’s villages worked on providing primary health services and life-saving surgeries for vulnerable children from 2016 to 2018.
